Please complete the following application. We will contact you as soon as possible for a phone consultation. If you prefer communicating through email or text message, we can do the consultation that way as well. Please state your preference for the consultation in the client application.
If you would like to move forward with our services, please complete the Search, Recruitment, and Placement Services Contract and send it to our email. Included on the bottom portion of our contract is your billing and credit card information that will be required before moving forward with the process. Your credit card will be charged a one-time fee in the amount of $250.00 for the Registration Fee. The registration fee is non-refundable.
We will search for candidates that match your needs and interview them over the phone, in person, or video call and call five references (3 professional and 2 personal). We will refer you one to two candidates that meet your qualifications and send you a profile on each.
We will schedule an in person interview between you and the candidate(s). Please give us feedback on how the interview went.
When you find a candidate you’d like to hire, we recommend doing a trial for at least one day before making a job offer. If you feel confident that you are a good match, we then suggest that you make a job offer and we will initiate the background check. The background check can take anywhere from 3-7 days. Once you have confirmed that you have hired a candidate, the Placement Fee will be charged to your credit card. The placement fee is non-refundable.
